Dr. Kruse and the staff of Premiercare are retained in advance. The small monthly fee preserves your place in our practice and guarantees you “Concierge Level” medical care.  We accept only 100 families into the practice.  This allows us to act as your personal physician - available to you 24/7 whether in our office, your home, by phone, or e-mail for you, your family and even your guests.  

We are immediately and conveniently available to you for a variety of comprehensive medical services including:
•    Executive Physicals
•    Office visits for issues such as colds, hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes
•    Housecalls
•    Phone consultations
•    Coordination of care with your specialists in or out of the hospital

We accept most major insurances and will manage the billing for those we don’t.
