What does membership cost? Annual membership per adult is $1,800 ($150 per month). Dependent children under the age of 26 are included when an adult member joins the practice.

Labwork, specialized test, hormone pellet placement, skin biopsies, housecalls, etc are not included in the annual fee.

House calls are available for an additional $350 per visit.
