As the first and only provider of Concierge Medicine serving Aspen, Basalt, Carbondale and Glenwood Springs, Dr. Kruse and his staff offer exceptional personalized attention. Dr. Kruse believes in spending time in conversation with each of his patients in order to build a relationship and understand the whole person.

Premier Care membership is exclusively available to 100 families in the Roaring Fork Valley. This focus allows Dr. Kruse to deliver the highest level of care and service.

Dr. Kruse can detect problems at the earliest stages. If you do need treatment, you receive swift and comprehensive care. Dr. Kruse believes that preventing little things from becoming big things will ensure that you enjoy life to the fullest and stay well.

Having built a successful traditional primary care practice, Dr. Tim Kruse launched Premier Care, the only practice of its kind in the Roaring Fork Valley.

Dr. Kruse was trained initially at Carleton College where he earned a B.A. in Biology. He subsequently received an M.S. in both Marriage and Family Therapy and Rehabilitation Counseling before going on to earn his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences center in 1996. After completing a residency in Family Medicine at St Joseph Hospital in Denver, he joined a multi-specialty group in Glenwood Springs in 1999.

Recognized for his leadership skills, he has served two terms on the Medical Care Evaluation Committee, and twice as Chairman of the Department of Medicine at Valley View Hospital. His partners chose Dr. Kruse to serve as a member of the Executive Committee of his 13 physician group in Glenwood Springs.

Dr. Kruse’s commitment to his clients led him to imagine a more accessible, more service oriented practice than patients typically experience. With that in mind and with the encouragement of a group of clients, Dr. Kruse has created the first practice of its kind in the Roaring Fork Valley, Premier Care.
